RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Do I have to fill out a form or contact you before proceeding to proceed with a return?

Is it possible to return a product purchased at a discounted price or on sale?
Yes, returns or exchanges are always possible within 14 days from the date of receipt as mentioned in the policy.
How does your return policy work?
Our aim is that you are always happy with what you have purchased from us, but do not worry if something is not to your liking. To proceed with the return or exchange you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. Please note: all products to be returned must not have been worn or washed, and must be complete with original labels and packaging. Products returned in non-resalable condition will be rejected and shipped back.
Can I return or exchange a previously changed product?
Unfortunately, we can only accept one change per order. So the exchange of a previously changed product is not allowed.
How long do I have to wait to receive my refund?
Usually, the refund is credited within 2 working days of receipt and you will receive an update email as soon as the return is processed. We will refund you through the payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds made through PayPal are immediate, refunds on credit / debit card may take up to 10 business days depending on the issuing institution. Please note that shipping costs (for orders less than € 200 or on a product on sale) are not refunded.
ORDERS
Do I need an account to create an order?
No, you do not need an account to create an order. By registering on our site though you will have the opportunity to review your previous or current orders, add products to your Wishlist and save your shipping information, making it an easier shopping experience.
Will my personal information remain private?
At KLSH we care for your privacy. We will not sell, trade or rent your personal information to third parties. For more information please see our Privacy Policy.
How long does it take you to process an order?
Orders are processed in 2 working days if in a single warehouse or in 3-4 working days if composed of goods from different warehouses, as mentioned during checkout. During periods of discounts or promotional offers the processing may take several days.
Do the product images correspond to the actual product?
The images available on our site may not exactly match the actual product in terms of colors, as depending on the browser, device and monitor used these may vary.
Can I buy a SOLD OUT product?
Products marked as SOLD OUT are no longer available for sale and it is not possible to request reordering.
Can I change or cancel an order?
The order cannot be changed. If your order has not yet been processed and its status is still being processed, you can cancel it and get a refund. Once the status passes to sent it is not possible to delete it. It is not possible to associate multiple orders or add items to an existing order.
What are the different statuses related to my order?
- Confirmed: order created, awaiting fulfillment In transit – order processed, and the shipment is in transit.
- On Delivery – The shipment has arrived in the final destination area and delivery will take place soon.
- Delivered – Goods received by the Customer.
- Delivery attempted – The carrier attempted to deliver the goods to the destination address, but was unsuccessful.
Can I combine or add extra products to an existing order?
No, it is not possible.
Can I change my shipping information after creating an order?
As a general rule, you can’t change shipping information. If the data entered is incorrect, please contact us.
What do I do if there is any error with my order?
If you have not yet received your order or have not received what you wanted, or for any other problem, please contact us to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Is it possible to reserve or reserve a product and then buy it?
We cannot reserve or block a product.
Do you make price adjustments?
If after purchasing an item, a promotion has been activated on our site, we cannot adjust your purchase price to the promotional price and issue a refund of the difference.
How does customer support work?
Our customer service is active from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) from 9:00 to 18:00. We will do everything possible to handle all requests as soon as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments on Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, JCB Cards, Union Pay and Scalapay. You can also select PayPal as your payment method.
Is it safe to use card payment?
All store pages that require you to enter sensitive information, including your credit card information, are protected by 128-bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption.
When will I be charged for my order?
If your card is authorized, payment will be charged immediately and you will receive an email confirming your order. If your card is not authorized, payment will be refused and you will receive an email informing you of the non-payment and therefore your order was not successful. If you receive a charge but are unable to view your order or receive confirmation please contact us for more information.
SHIPMENTS
Where do you ship? With which courier?
We ship throughout Europe with FedEx.
Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping is free for orders that exceed € 200 total amount on full price products. In the case of products on sale, we do not apply free shipping.
Do you provide cash on delivery?
No, we do not provide cash on delivery.
What are the delivery times of the shipment?
Generally orders are delivered within 2-4 working days, these times may vary in case of adverse weather conditions. Couriers generally make 3 delivery attempts. If the delivery fails after the third attempt the package will be returned to the sender. The shipping cost will not be refunded and therefore automatically deducted from the amount that will be refunded.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email that includes the link and tracking code of your order. If the tracking number does not work immediately, it means that the courier has not yet taken charge of the shipment. If you have not received an email containing your tracking number, please check your spam folder or contact us.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
I would receive an update email when a shipment is created that will include a link to track it. The link will be functional from the moment the courier physically picks up the package.
