Can I place an order from a country outside the EU?
We are sorry, but at the moment we cannot accept orders from countries outside the EU.
What kind of payments method do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Local payments methods could be available depending on the country you live in.
Why can’t place an order?
There could be several reasons why an order can’t be placed, most of the time are related to bank or credit card issues, or anti-fraud blocks. If this happens, please check with your bank, or contact us at

Shipment
How long will it take to receive my jeans?
We ship your orders within 5 business day from the date of placement.
How much will it cost?
Shipping costs are 10 Euros for EU orders, free for orders above 200 Euros. Shipping will be always free if you become a KLSHER
Do you ship to my country?
At the moment we only ship to EU countries; if you subscribe to our newsletter, you will be notified when we’ll unlock shipments to non-EU countries.
I entered an incorrect shipping address, what should I do?
In this case, please contact customercare@klshjeans.com. We'll do our best to solve the problem.

Return
Where do I return my order?
We You can return your order by accessing your account and going to order summary, there you will find the option to return your order, just follow the instructions. If you don’t have one, go to our Return Center and fill in your order number, we’ll do the rest.
How long is the return period?
Return period is 14 days for regular customers, and 30 days for KLSHERs
How long will it take before I receive the refund?
Refund usually are credited with 15 working days, depending on your Bank/Card.
Can I exchange products?
No, exchanges are not managed in our store. What you can do is return the item you want to change and buy the new one you like.
Can I return items after the return period is over?
Actually not, but in case you can drop an email to customercare@klshjeans.com and we'll try to solve your problem.
I have a compliant, what can I do?
Just drop an email to customercare@klshjeans.com and we'll do our best to make you happy again!
Can I return sale items?
Only KLSHERS can return sale items, for regular customers it's not possible to return sale items.

KLSH Jeans RE:Born Workshop is our way to give our jeans a new life. We love them so much that we believe they can live forever, so if you want your beloved, broken, distressed jeans to come back on track again, just send it to us, we'll make it shine again.
How does it work?
Just go to our page and fill in the details, we’ll send you all the instructions. We would also appreciate a lot if you could share with us and our community the story behind your jeans, we’d love to hear them.
Can I exchange products?
No, exchanges are not managed in our store. What you can do is return the item you want to change and buy the new one you like.
Do you offer hemming service?
Do you repair other brands' jeans?
No, unfortunately, we don’t. We would love to, but it would be an overwhelming task.

What is KLSH Jeans Back on Track?
Send us your old jeans — any brand, any condition — and get a discount on your next KLSH pair. Your denim doesn’t retire — it gets Back on Track. We will collect and preserve each pair in our KLSH Vintage Vault, a growing library of stories told in rips, fades, tears, and time. And if you want to share yours, we and our community we’ll be more than happy to listen to it.
Which brand will you accept as a Trade in?
We will accept any jeans, any brand, any condition. We love them all.
Will I get a discount on a new pair of jeans?
Yes, you will get a 30% discount on a new KLSH Jeans, if not on sale.
What will you do with my old jeans?
Your beloved jeans, and if you want your story behind it, will enter into our,

Do you offer hemming service?
