1. Shipping area
KLSH currently ships within the European Union.
If your country is not available at checkout, we may not currently ship to that destination.
2. Couriers
Orders are shipped using:
- TNT Italia;
- FedEx EU;
- equivalent courier services when necessary.
The courier used for your order may depend on destination, service availability and operational needs.
3. Shipping time
The estimated shipping time is 5 business days from order processing, unless otherwise stated.
Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary during:
- high-volume periods;
- promotional periods;
- product launches;
- public holidays;
- courier delays;
- circumstances outside our control.
4. Order processing
Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
If your order includes a hemming service, preparation time may be longer because the product must be altered according to your requested inseam.
Any specific timing related to hemming will be communicated where applicable.
5. Shipping costs
Shipping costs, when applicable, are shown at checkout before order completion.
Promotions may include free shipping or different shipping conditions. Promotional shipping terms apply only when expressly stated.
6. Tracking

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
KLSH is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

8. Failed delivery
If a delivery fails because of incorrect information, absence of the recipient, refusal of the package or failure to collect the package, the courier may return the order to us.
