BACK ON TRACK

YOUR DENIM
STILL HAS SOMEWHERE TO GO.

Some jeans leave your rotation before they leave your life.

Maybe the fit no longer works. Maybe the wash has changed too much. Maybe the knees are gone, the hem is tired, the fabric has softened past the point you wanted. Maybe they are not KLSH. Maybe they are old, broken, anonymous, imperfect, impossible to resell and too full of history to throw away.

Back On Track exists for that moment.

It takes denim from any brand, in any condition, and brings it into the KLSH archive loop. Every piece is read as material, memory and possibility: something to catalogue, study, rework, reuse, repair, document or transform into part of the Vintage Vault.

Your denim does not need to be perfect to matter.

It only needs a story, a surface, a mark, a reason to keep moving.

THE ARCHIVE LOOP

NOT EVERY JEAN
NEEDS TO COME BACK TO YOU.

Back On Track is for the jeans that have finished their cycle in your wardrobe but still have something to give. The pair at the back of the closet. The one you stopped wearing but never managed to throw away. The old blue denim with a blown knee. The black pair faded into grey. The broken hem. The wrong size. The forgotten brand. The jeans that no longer belong to your daily life, but still carry evidence of it.

We believe denim should not disappear just because its first chapter is over.

When a piece enters Back On Track, it becomes part of the KLSH archive loop. We look at the fabric, the wash, the construction, the wear, the damage, the repairs, the mistakes and the memory inside it. Some pieces may become references for future fits or washes. Some may enter the Vintage Vault. Some may be reworked, repaired, studied, photographed or used to tell a story about how denim actually lives.

This is not about making old denim look new.

It is about keeping good denim in motion, even when it no longer moves with you.

ANY BRAND. ANY CONDITION.

YOUR DENIM STILL HAS SOMETHING TO SAY.

Back On Track is open to denim beyond KLSH.

You can send jeans from any brand, in any condition: worn, faded, ripped, stained, broken, too small, too big, repaired, unfinished, forgotten. We are not looking for perfect pieces. We are looking for denim with material truth.

A clean pair can tell us about construction.
A ripped pair can tell us about pressure.
A faded pair can tell us about movement.
A repaired pair can tell us about care.
A failed pair can tell us what denim should not become.

Every piece enters the loop differently.

Not everything will be repaired. Not everything will be resold. Not everything will become a product again. But every piece can be read, catalogued and considered as part of the KLSH denim archive.

That is the point of Back On Track: giving denim a second direction, not pretending every story has the same ending.

HOW BACK ON TRACK WORKS

FROM YOUR WARDROBE
TO THE VINTAGE VAULT.

Back On Track starts with the denim you are ready to let go.

You send us the piece, but not as waste. You send it as material with a past: a fit that changed, a wash that faded, a knee that gave up, a pair that no longer belongs to your daily rotation but still carries something worth reading.

First, we ask you to tell us what the denim is and what happened to it. Brand, condition, years worn, damage, repairs, memories, anything that helps us understand the piece before it enters the archive loop.

Then we review the submission and guide you through the next step.

Once accepted, the denim can be catalogued, photographed, studied, stored, reworked or used as reference inside the KLSH Vintage Vault. Not every piece follows the same path, because not every piece tells the same story.

Some denim becomes archive.
Some denim becomes research.
Some denim becomes material.
Some denim becomes content.
Some denim simply teaches us what real wear looks like.

That is how Back On Track keeps denim in motion.

01

SEND THE STORY

Fill in the Back On Track form with the denim’s details and upload clear photos of the piece. Brand, condition, years worn, damage, repairs, labels, hems, pockets, memories: everything helps us understand what the denim has lived through.

02

ARCHIVE REVIEW

We review the submission and decide whether the piece can enter Back On Track. We look at material, condition, construction, wear, repair potential, archive value and the story carried by the fabric.

03

SEND IT IN

When accepted, we guide you through the send-in process. The denim leaves your wardrobe and starts its next direction inside the KLSH archive loop, and you receive 20% off your next KLSH order.

04

INTO THE LOOP

Once received, the denim can be catalogued, photographed, studied, stored, reworked, repaired or used as reference for future KLSH projects. It does not disappear. It changes direction.

SHOW THE DENIM.

Back On Track starts here: tell us about the denim you want to send into the KLSH archive loop.

Add the details, upload clear photos and share what this piece has lived through. We will review the submission and let you know if the denim can enter Back On Track.

If accepted, you will receive 20% off your next KLSH order. Your denim enters the loop. Your next pair starts with a new signal.

PHOTO GUIDE
Please upload clear photos in good light. We need to see the full piece, front and back, plus any important details: damage, repairs, labels, hems, pockets, fabric texture or unusual marks.

ARCHIVE NOTE
Back On Track is not a repair return service. If accepted, your denim enters the KLSH archive loop and may be catalogued, studied, reworked, repaired, photographed or used as reference for future projects.
