RE:BORN WORKSHOP
Denim is not meant to stay untouched.
It fades where you move.
It softens where you sit.
It breaks where life keeps hitting the same point.
A rip is not always the end.
A worn hem is not always waste.
A blown-out knee, a tired pocket, a seam under pressure: these are not just problems to hide. They are proof that the denim has been used, lived in, taken somewhere.
Re:Born Workshop exists for that moment.
When the jean still has a story, but needs another chapter.
THE STORY INSIDE THE FABRIC
Denim does not break all at once.
It changes slowly, exactly where life keeps touching it. A knee gets thinner after too many steps, too many bike rides, too many nights sitting on concrete. A hem starts dragging against the street. A pocket edge carries the shape of your hands, your keys, your phone, your habits. A seam gives way because that point has taken more pressure than the rest.
These marks are not random. They are a map.
They tell us how the denim moved, where the body pushed, where the fabric resisted and where life finally left a visible trace. A rip can look like damage, but sometimes it is also the clearest proof that the jeans have been worn the way denim is supposed to be worn: hard, often, without treating them like something fragile.
Re:Born begins there.
Not with a defect to hide, but with a story to read. Before we repair anything, we look at the wash, the weight, the tear, the pressure point, the construction and the way the denim has aged with you. Some repairs need to stay quiet, close to the original surface. Others deserve to remain visible, because the mark belongs to the jean and the repair becomes part of its new life.
The goal is not to make denim look untouched.
The goal is to make it wearable again, with its story still inside. Re:Born repairs eligible KLSH jeans for free, so the pair that lived with you can keep moving with you.
HOW RE:BORN WORKS
Re:Born is available for eligible KLSH denim already in your wardrobe.
The best way to start is from your Customer Account, inside the order where you bought the jean. This keeps the request connected to the right product, fit, wash and owner.
If you cannot access the original order, received the jean as a gift or need a manual route, use the form below. We will review the details and check whether the repair can be linked to an eligible KLSH piece.
Start from your KLSH account when possible and select the original order. If you cannot access it, use the manual request form below and add any proof, order detail or product information you have.
Tell us which denim piece needs care. Model, wash, size, order number or purchase email all help us read the fit, construction and original product correctly.
Upload clear photos of the full jean, the damaged area and the inside of the damage. We need to see the fabric, construction, wash and pressure point before confirming what is possible.
We would love to hear what happened: where the jeans went with you, how they were worn, when the damage appeared and why this pair still matters. Re:Born repairs the denim, but the story starts with you.
We check the request, read the denim and confirm whether the repair is eligible. If accepted, the Re:Born repair is free. Some repairs stay quiet. Others may need visible reinforcement.
Once approved, you send the jeans in. We repair, reinforce or rebuild the damaged area and return the denim to you, ready for another chapter.
DENIM NEEDS CARE TOO
