1. The website

KLSH sells denim products and related services online within the European Union.

We may update, modify or remove website content, products, prices, services or features at any time, without affecting orders that have already been accepted.

2. Products

We do our best to describe products, fits, washes, fabrics, colors, sizes and services as accurately as possible.

Denim is a physical material. Washes, fading, surface texture, color perception and fabric behavior may vary slightly from images depending on screen settings, lighting and production characteristics.

Product images are intended to represent the product as faithfully as possible, but they do not replace the written product information available on each product page.

3. Prices

All prices shown on klshjeans.com are displayed in euros and include VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs, when applicable, are shown before checkout completion.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms & Conditions.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of:

• product unavailability;
• incorrect or incomplete customer information;
• payment failure;
• suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;
• obvious pricing or technical errors;
• inability to ship to the requested destination.

If an order is cancelled after payment, we will refund the amount paid through the original payment method.

5. Payments

Available payment methods may include PayPal, Klarna and other payment methods made available at checkout.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. KLSH does not directly store full payment card details.

The order will be processed only after payment authorization.

6. Shipping

KLSH ships within the European Union.

Orders are shipped using TNT Italia / FedEx EU or other equivalent services when necessary.

The estimated shipping time is 5 business days from order processing, unless otherwise stated on the website, in the product page or during promotional periods.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, high-volume periods or circumstances outside our control.

7. Returns and refunds

Customers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within the legal withdrawal period, subject to the conditions set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless promotions apply or unless the return is due to a defective or non-conforming product.

Products must be returned in suitable condition, unworn beyond normal fitting, unwashed, undamaged and with all original tags and packaging where possible.

8. Size exchanges

Size exchanges are available, subject to product availability and the conditions set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

If the requested replacement size is not available, we may offer a refund, store credit where applicable, or an alternative solution.

9. Hemming service

KLSH may offer a hemming service for selected products.

Hemming is a paid service, unless a specific promotion applies.

When a customer requests hemming, the product is altered according to the customer’s requested inseam or length instructions.

Hemmed items are customized according to the customer’s request and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in case of product defects or lack of conformity.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate hemming instructions. KLSH is not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

10. Legal guarantee

All products sold on klshjeans.com are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under applicable European Union and Italian consumer law.

The legal guarantee applies when a product is defective or does not conform to the contract of sale.

It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, incorrect washing, unauthorized alterations or damage caused by use that is not compatible with the nature of the product.

11. Re:Born and Back On Track services

KLSH may offer circularity, repair, archive or denim recovery services, including Re:Born and Back On Track.

These services are governed by their own dedicated policy pages and may be subject to specific eligibility conditions, evaluation, timing, pricing and acceptance rules.

KLSH reserves the right to refuse items that cannot be processed, repaired, archived or accepted under the relevant program conditions.

12. Promotions

Promotions, discounts, free shipping, free returns, free hemming or other commercial offers may be subject to specific conditions and time limits.

Promotions cannot always be combined unless expressly stated.

If a promotion applies different terms from these Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms apply only within the scope of that promotion.

13. Account and customer information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

KLSH is not responsible for failed deliveries, delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

14. Intellectual property

All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, product names, design elements and brand materials, belongs to KLSH or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use website content for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.

15. Limitation of liability

KLSH is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or from delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
