This Hemming Policy explains how the KLSH hemming service works.

1. What hemming is
Hemming is a service that adjusts the length of selected denim products according to the customer’s requested inseam or length instructions.
Fit is finished at the break.
Your length. Your stance.
2. Availability
Hemming may be available only on selected products.
If hemming is available for a product, it will be shown on the product page or during the purchase process.
KLSH reserves the right to refuse hemming requests that are technically impossible, unclear or incompatible with the product.
3. Cost
Hemming is a paid service, unless a specific promotion applies.
If a promotion includes free hemming, the promotion terms apply only within the stated period and conditions.
4. Customer instructions
Customers are responsible for providing accurate hemming instructions.
Before confirming hemming, please check carefully:
- requested inseam;
- measurement unit;
- preferred length;
- desired break;
- shoe type usually worn with the jeans;
- any product-specific fit notes.
KLSH is not responsible for incorrect measurements or instructions provided by the customer.
5. Processing time
Orders that include hemming may require additional preparation time.
The estimated shipping time for standard orders is 5 business days, but hemmed items may take longer depending on workload, product availability and service timing.
Any relevant timing will be communicated where applicable.
6. Hemmed items and returns
A hemmed item is altered according to the customer’s specific request.
For this reason:
Hemmed items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in case of product defects or lack of conformity.
This applies even if:
- the customer chose the wrong inseam;
- the customer changed their mind;
- the fit is not as expected because of incorrect measurements;
- the customer prefers a different length after receiving the product.
7. Hemmed items and size exchanges
Hemmed items are excluded from size exchanges, except in case of defects or lack of conformity.

8. Defects and lack of conformity
Hemmed items remain covered by the legal guarantee in case of product defects or lack of conformity.
If you believe your hemmed item is defective or does not conform to the order, contact:

- order number;
- product name;
- requested hemming measurement;
- description of the issue;
- clear photos of the product;
- clear photos of the alleged defect or measurement issue.
If the product is confirmed as defective or non-conforming, KLSH will provide a remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
9. Measurement responsibility
KLSH may provide fit guidance, size information or general support.
However, the final hemming instruction is the customer’s responsibility.
Any guidance provided by KLSH is based on the information available at the time and does not replace the customer’s final choice.
10. Promotions
Promotions may temporarily offer free hemming or special hemming conditions.
Promotional hemming conditions apply only when expressly stated.
Unless otherwise stated, the return exclusion for hemmed items remains valid even when hemming is offered for free as part of a promotion.
