1. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a person appointed by you, receive the product.

You do not need to provide a reason for withdrawal.

Please include:

  • order number;
  • full name;
  • email used for the order;
  • product you want to return;
  • reason for return, optional but useful.

2. Return conditions

Returned products must be:

  • unworn, except for normal fitting;
  • unwashed;
  • undamaged;
  • clean;
  • returned with original tags attached where possible;
  • returned with original packaging where possible.

You may try the product on as you would in a physical store. Any use beyond normal fitting may reduce the refund amount if the product shows loss of value.

3. Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless:

  • a promotion specifically includes free returns;
  • the product is defective;
  • the product does not conform to the order;
  • KLSH made an error in the shipment.

KLSH is not responsible for return shipments lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

4. How to request a return

Do not send products back before receiving return instructions from KLSH.

After your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs may not be refundable unless the return is due to a defective or non-conforming product, or unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Size exchanges

Size exchanges are available, subject to product availability.

Please include your order number and the size you would like to receive.

If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer:

  • a refund;
  • another available size;
  • another product, if agreed with you;
  • store credit, where applicable and accepted by you.

Exchange shipping conditions may vary depending on the case and any active promotions.

7. Hemmed items

KLSH may offer a hemming service for selected products.

Hemming is a paid service, unless a promotion applies.

A hemmed item is altered according to the customer’s requested inseam or length instructions.

Hemmed items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in case of product defects or lack of conformity.

Please check your inseam carefully before confirming a hemming request.

8. Products excluded from return

The following products may be excluded from return or exchange:

  • hemmed or customized products, except in case of defect or lack of conformity;
  • products damaged by the customer;
  • products washed, altered or used beyond normal fitting;
  • products returned without following the return instructions;
  • products that are not suitable for return for hygiene or safety reasons, where applicable.

This does not affect your legal rights in case of defective or non-conforming products.

9. Defective or non-conforming products

If you believe your product is defective or does not conform to the order, contact us at:

Please include:

  • order number;
  • description of the issue;
  • clear photos of the product and defect;
  • photo of the product label, if useful.

If the product is confirmed as defective or non-conforming, we will provide a remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law. This may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, depending on the case.

10. Damaged packaging or delivery issues

If the package arrives visibly damaged, please document it with photos and contact us as soon as possible.

Delivery-related issues must be reported promptly so we can open a claim with the courier where possible.

11. Late or missing refunds

If your refund has been approved but you have not received it yet, please first check with your bank or payment provider.
