Where can I check my order?
You can check your order from your KLSH account or from the order confirmation email.
Use the same email address used at checkout to access your order details, delivery updates and available actions.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can place an order without creating an account.
We still recommend using the same email address every time, so your orders, returns and KLSH services stay connected in one place.
Where can I find my order number?
Your order number is included in the confirmation email you receive after checkout.
You may need it if you contact customer care, request support, start a return or access KLSH services connected to a previous purchase.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not been processed yet, contact us as soon as possible.
Once the order has been prepared or shipped, changes may no longer be possible. If the item is eligible, you can request a return after delivery. For more info, check our Terms Of Service

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Where do you ship?
KLSH ships to the countries available at checkout.
Shipping options, delivery times and costs are calculated before payment, based on your location and the selected service.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery time depends on destination, courier and order processing.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Use that link to follow the delivery status directly with the courier.
What happens if my package is delayed?
Courier delays can happen during peak periods, holidays, weather disruptions or local delivery issues.
Check the tracking link first. If the status does not update for several days, contact us and we will help you check the shipment.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Are returns free?
Start your return from your account or from the return instructions provided by KLSH. The item must be eligible and returned according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Can I return any item?
Items must be eligible for return.
Default length jeans can be returned according to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Custom hemmed jeans are final, unless faulty or incorrectly altered. For more info, check our Custom Hemming Policy
Can I exchange a size?
We do not process direct size exchanges.
If the size is not right, return the item and place a new order for the fit you need.
The right denim starts with the right size.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and checked.
Once approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to complete the transaction.
Can I return a custom hemmed jean?
Custom hemmed jeans are cut to your requested inseam and are final.
They can only be returned if faulty or incorrectly altered. If you are unsure about your inseam, choose the default length first or use the Fit Predictor before locking the hem.

What is KLSH Fit Studio?
KLSH Fit Studio is the fit system behind our jeans.
It helps you understand the cut, rise, leg, break, stance and shoe relation before choosing your size or locking a custom hem.
What is the Fit Predictor?
The Fit Predictor helps you read the fit before you order.
It connects the jean, your preferred look and the way you want the denim to fall: cropped, natural break or stacked.
Can I choose custom hemming directly on the product page?
Yes. If custom hemming is available for that product, you can select it directly on the product page before checkout.
Add your desired inseam and we will prepare the jean according to your selected length.
Is custom hemming free?
Yes. Free custom hemming is available for everyone.
The service lets you choose the inseam and lock the way your denim meets the shoe.
What if I am unsure about my inseam?
Measure first. Cut once.
If you are unsure, use the Fit Predictor or choose the default length before ordering. Custom hemmed jeans are final, unless faulty or incorrectly altered.

DENIM, WASHES AND CARE
Are KLSH jeans genderless?
Yes. KLSH denim is genderless.
Fit is a choice: cut, rise, leg, opening, length and stance matter more than labels.
How do I choose the right fit?
Will the wash look exactly like the photo?
Each wash follows a defined KLSH standard, but denim is a living fabric.
Small variations in shade, texture, fading and surface character can happen. They are part of the material identity, not defects.
How should I wash my jeans?
Wash less. Wear more.
Turn the jeans inside out, wash cold with similar colors and avoid bleach. Air dry when possible to preserve fit, fabric and wash character.
Can denim fade over time?
Yes. Denim changes with wear.
Fading, softening, creasing and surface marks are part of how jeans record real life. Proof of life is not damage.

What is Re:Born?
Re:Born is the KLSH repair program for KLSH jeans.
If your KLSH denim needs care, repair or reconstruction, the request starts from your account and order history.
Is Re:Born free?
Yes. KLSH jeans are repaired for free for life, when the repair is possible and the item is eligible.
The goal is to keep good denim in motion.
How do I start a Re:Born request?
Go to your KLSH account, open your orders and start the Re:Born request from the eligible item, or go directly to the Re:Born Workshop
Re:Born is only available for jeans previously purchased from KLSH. For more info, check our Re:born Policy
What is Back On Track?
Back On Track is the KLSH archive loop for used denim.
You can send in jeans from any brand and any condition. The goal is to keep denim out of the dead end and bring them into the Vintage Vault.
Do I get anything for sending denim into Back On Track?
Yes. Sending a pair of jeans into Back On Track gives you 20% off your next KLSH order.
The denim enters the archive loop and may be repaired, studied, reworked or prepared for future use.
Is Vintage Vault already available?
Vintage Vault is part of the KLSH archive project.
It is being built through Back On Track, but it is not a standard product collection yet.
