3. Orders
For order questions, please include your order number.
We can help with:

Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
4. Shipping
KLSH currently sells and ships within the European Union.
Orders are shipped through:
- TNT Italia;
- FedEx EU;
- equivalent courier services when necessary.
The estimated shipping time is 5 business days from order processing, unless otherwise stated.
For shipping issues, include your order number and tracking number, if available.
5. Returns and refunds
For return or refund requests, contact:

- reason for return, optional but useful;
- photos, if the product is damaged or defective.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless promotions apply or unless the return is due to a defective or non-conforming product.

6. Size exchanges
Size exchanges are available, subject to product availability.
To request a size exchange, include:
- order number;
- product name;
- current size;
- requested size.
If the requested size is unavailable, we will review possible alternatives.
7. Hemming support
For hemming questions, contact us before placing the order if you are unsure about inseam or length.
Please include:
- product name;
- size;
- height;
- usual inseam, if known;
- desired break or length preference;
- shoe type usually worn with the jeans.
Hemming is a paid service, unless promotions apply.
Hemmed items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in case of product defects or lack of conformity.

8. Defects and legal guarantee claims
If you believe your product is defective or does not conform to the order, contact us at:

- photo of the care label or product label, where useful.
